Shipping:

• $9.99 flat rate US Shipping
• Orders are processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours, excluding subscriptions. 

• Subscription shipping: If you order before the 31st of the month, your box will ship by the 15th of the next month. If you order after the 31st, your box will be shipped the following month. (ie - if you order on February 25th, your box will ship on March 15th. If you order on March 1st, your box will ship on April 15th.)

Returns: 

• Because every ShoMama box is hand-packed and customized, all sales are final. But if there’s a problem with your order, we’ll always work to make it right.
• Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.

• How does billing work?
  • Your initial order will be charged immediately. After your first month, you will be billed on the 1st of each month. 
• When do boxes ship?
  • If you order before the 31st of the month, your box will ship by the 15th of the next month. If you order after the 31st, your box will be shipped the following month (ie - if you order on February 25th, your box will ship on March 15th. If you order on March 1st, your box will ship on April 15th.) You’ll get a tracking number once your box is on the way. 
• How do I cancel my subscription?
  • No hard feelings—we get it. You can cancel anytime, but it must be done by the 15th of the month before your next charge. Example: Want to cancel your February box? Make sure to cancel by January 15th. 
• Can I skip a month?
  • We don’t currently offer a skip feature. But you’re always welcome to cancel and rejoin when you’re ready—just note that boxes often sell out.
